Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES
Most orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days. Certain handcrafted products may have longer processing times (including dyed styles).
 
UK SHIPPING
All shipments are mailed through Royal Mail. Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer International Tracked shipping at check out. Please be aware local import duties and taxes are not included in the price and shipping cost at checkout. You will therefore be responsible for paying any additional costs in the deliver of your order.
